Marvel v.s. Capcom 2 for XBLA and PSN?

Marvel Vs Capcom 2, may soon be available for the PSN and XBLA.

Thanks to a NeoGaf.com post, an ESRB ratings file shows the title under the PS3 and Xbox 360 category. I really hope this is true.
